VeluraPrime grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use our web-based tools for personal, academic, or professional document processing.

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use VeluraPrime to process illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

2. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

All documents, PDFs, images, and text files processed through VeluraPrime remain 100% your property. VeluraPrime claims zero ownership, rights, or license over any user-uploaded content.

The visual interface, branding, code architecture, logo, and design elements of veluraprime.in are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

VeluraPrime tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

While all file transformations happen locally in browser WebAssembly memory for maximum privacy, VeluraPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from document loss, file corruption, or user error.

4. Advertisements & Service Modifications

VeluraPrime reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend tools or service components at any time without notice. Advertisements served by Google AdSense support the free availability of this service.

5. Governing Law
